About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Partnership Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. You’ll help us scale our influencer, affiliate and partnership programs in general across CEE, focusing on sourcing, onboarding, and supporting new partners. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear growth opportunities into strategy and ownership.
This is a performance driven role.
What you will do
Research, identify, and reach out to influencers, publishers, and distribution partners who align with our brand and can help convert their audience into Lightyear users.
Support deal negotiations and onboarding processes. Including contract management, commercials and product demos.
Draft and review content briefs, scripts, articles and coordinate compliance checks.
Track partners performance and report on CPA, LTV, retention. We don´t track vanity metrics. We track performance and growth KPIs.
Assist with ambassador and partnership programs, ensuring smooth operations.
Work closely with the Partnerships Lead to unlock new markets.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or community management (internships welcome).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and develop new markets from scratch
Interest in investing, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Fluent with numerical data and performance metrics. (moderate command of spreadsheets/analytics).
Fluent in English; proficiency in Hungarian, or any other CEE language is a plus.
