What you will do

• You would be part of the Brokerage team and you would be playing a key role in helping us to scale with the growing customer needs.

• You will own daily treasury and settlement processes end-to-end and act as the first line of defence for breaks or issues.

• Investigating breaks between internal ledgers and partner statements and driving them to resolution

• Identifying recurring issues in settlements or reconciliations and improving processes, controls or tooling

• Supporting month-end processes and ad-hoc regulatory or audit requests related to client money and assets

• You would be working side by side with the product and engineers to enable data-driven decisions, build tooling or generate insights

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in treasury operations, settlements, or reconciliations within a brokerage, bank, custodian or trading firm

• Experience with client money or asset segregation frameworks

• Experience working with multiple currencies and FX exposure

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services

• You feel comfortable wearing multiple hats and have a hands-on approach

• Deep customer focus, desire and record of solving problems for customers

• Ideally, self-sufficient in using data to make decisions and measure results

• Experience working in a startup environment, or closely with product engineering teams to build things is a plus
