About the role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to take our customer communications to the next level. This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, product marketing, and lifecycle automation. You’ll own the creation of engaging, insightful, and conversion-driven customer journeys that educate, retain, and upsell users.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns: from ideation and copywriting to execution and analysis.
- Create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across lifecycle journeys (welcome flows, educational content, upsell campaigns, reactivation programs).
- Translate product features and investment concepts into accessible, user-friendly communications.
- Support segmentation and personalization to ensure the right users get the right message at the right time.
- Partner with product, design, and research teams to align lifecycle messaging with launches and improvements.
- Use a test-and-learn approach: run A/B tests, monitor results, and continuously refine campaigns for better performance.
- Report on lifecycle KPIs and share actionable insights with the wider marketing team.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM and product marketing.
- Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills — you can simplify complex financial or product topics into clear, engaging content (financial experience a plus)
- Strong grasp of customer journeys and user psychology.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and testing hypotheses.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with lifecycle tools or email platforms (experience with platforms such as Braze, Clevertap, Customer.io or Iterable is a bonus)
- Experience with BI and data analytics platforms such as Looker, Metabase or Amplitude is welcome - SQL knowledge an added bonus.
- Experience in fintech, investing, or SaaS is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
