About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Partnership/ Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. You’ll help us scale our influencer and partnership programs across Europe, focusing on sourcing, onboarding, and supporting new creators. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear growth opportunities into strategy and ownership.

What you will do

• Research, identify, and reach out to influencers who align with our brand.
• Support deal negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Draft and review content briefs, and coordinate compliance checks.
• Track influencer performance and prepare regular campaign reports.
• Assist with ambassador and partnership programs, ensuring smooth operations.
• Work closely with the Partnerships Lead to unlock new markets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or community management (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Interest in investing, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
• Comfortable with data and performance tracking (basic spreadsheets/analytics).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
