We’re on a mission to make investing better for everyone in Europe. More specifically, we’re making it light years better (sorry… we had to!). We’re combining multi-currency accounts with unlimited access to global markets so that everyone in Europe can invest without sneaky hidden fees or unnecessary barriers.

What you will do

• You would be part of the Brokerage team and you would be playing a key role in helping us to scale with the growing business needs
• You would be responsible for the Market Abuse domain and making sure the system functions according to risk assessment
• You would be running daily processes to monitor Market Abuse risks and ensure other team members understand the processes
• You will be using your business knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems in figuring out new and effective ways to process operational tasks
• You would be working side by side with the compliance, product and engineers to enable data-driven decisions, build tooling or generate insights

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Market Abuse field in daily monitoring and designing of alerts
• Experience in other relevant Brokerage fields is a plus: Reconciliation, Client Money Coverage, Best execution, Corporate Actions
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services
• You feel comfortable wearing multiple hats and have a hands-on approach
• Deep customer focus, desire and record of solving problems for customers
• Ideally, self-sufficient in using data to make decisions and measure results
• Having worked in a startup environment is a plus; having worked with product engineering teams to build things is a plus
